Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Team Manager to oversee the support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, asset management, and compliance. This role requires working in a high-pressure environment while ensuring seamless IT operations and support services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of various vendor products.
  • Lead a team of IT Engineers and facilitate their daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, Windows OS, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Manage ticketing system by generating tickets, assigning them to the concerned team, providing resolutions, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely closure as per SLA.
  • Prepare and review reports, including shift reports, daily call reports, and monthly call reports.
  • Ensure effective resolution and execution of Incident, Change, and Problem requests as per business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and compliance with endpoint security policies (AV, Encryption, Windows Patches).
  • Provide timely support services to all employees while maintaining service levels.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management, system administration, and endpoint compliance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, networking, and software-related issues.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of IT Engineers effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
