Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager - Human Resource Business Partner with 7-12 years of experience in the job market context of India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading HR initiatives and providing strategic direction for the HR department, while also ensuring that HR practices align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the HR department to ensure that HR practices align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization
- Provide strategic direction for the HR department and initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee employee performance management and provide coaching and feedback
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts as needed
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support business goals and objectives
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 7-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
