Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Manager role based in Chennai. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing team performance, developing sales strategies, and driving the achievement of sales targets. Additional duties include monitoring individual and team objectives, providing coaching and training, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
