Experience: Minimum 1 Year as a Team Leader (Voice process only no back office experience)

Process: International (Only International Process applicants should apply)

Shift Window: 24×7 Week Offs: Any 2 days in a week

Experience in team handling Prior client management exposure Strong in Excel & reporting Excellent communication skills Proven people management & leadership skills Quick learner with strong adaptability Experience handling attrition & shrinkage Key Skills: Team Management Client Handling MS Excel Proficiency Communication & Leadership Problem Solving & Adaptability
