Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are hiring a Team Leader with experience in International BPO (Voice/Blended). The candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills and must be comfortable working in 24x7 shifts.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
Team Leader designation on paper is mandatory
Experience in Voice/Blended processes
Excellent communication skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA or 15%-20% hike (whichever is lower)
Location : Mumbai
