We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader to manage and drive our Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for guiding the team, monitoring their daily performance, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high standards of customer communication and quality.

Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a Inside Sales team, to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular call monitoring and audits to ensure quality assurance, script compliance, and high conversion rates.
- Coaching & Training: Identify skill gaps within the team, provide real-time feedback, and conduct regular training sessions on calling techniques and product knowledge.
- Data & Lead Management: Efficiently allocate leads to the team, track pipeline health, and ensure maximum utilization of data within the CRM/Dialer/ERP Systems.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze daily team performance reports (talk-time, connectivity, conversion rates) and present data insights to senior management.
- Escalation Handling: Assist team members with critical or difficult customer calls and resolve escalated queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of total experience in Tele Calling/Inside Sales, with at least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Team Lead or Senior Agent role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and automated dialer platforms.
- Strong hold over Excel/Sheets for reporting. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and motivational skills. Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
