Team Leader / Team Manager – Healthcare Enrollment & Billing
We are hiring experienced professionals for Team Leader / Team Manager roles in Healthcare Enrollment & Billing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in healthcare products and commercial insurance enrollment, along with excellent people management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day healthcare enrollment and billing operations
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, attendance, and team performance
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports and maintain operational metrics
Required Skills
- Experience in Healthcare Enrollment / Medical Billing / RCM
- Knowledge of Commercial Insurance processes
- Team handling and people management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- 7–12 years of relevant experience
