Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team, monitoring team performance, providing feedback and coaching, ensuring service delivery standards are met, and handling escalations. The Team Leader will also be involved in reporting and analyzing team metrics, implementing process improvements, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Team Management and Leadership skills
• Team Leader experience for atleast 1yr on papers with international background
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Performance Monitoring and Coaching abilities
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Process Improvement and Implementation skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
