Team Leader(Steel Detailing)-SDS2

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Leader position located in Chennai. The Team Leader-SDS2 will oversee and coordinate the structural steel detailing team, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The role involves reviewing project requirements, delegating tasks, and maintaining workflow efficiency, mentoring team members, and troubleshooting technical issues to achieve exceptional delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SDS2 software and structural steel detailing processes and knowledge of AISC standards
• Experience with team leadership, task delegation, and project coordination in engineering or construction
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with clients and guiding team members
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and technical expertise within the industry
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural steel detailing or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred
