Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to achieve KPIs SLAs
- Drive performance on NPS, Quality, AHT, Productivity
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
- Conduct coaching, feedback sessions performance reviews
- Work on attrition control shrinkage management
- Improve team performance through bottom quartile management
- Ensure process compliance and client satisfaction
- Prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders
