Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Inside Sales/SDR team to achieve daily activity, pipeline, and conversion targets.
- Manage and optimize the team's use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo, Xing, Angel.co, Kickstarter, and other prospecting tools.
- Must have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.
- Oversee high-quality research to gather accurate decision-maker details across industries and geographies.
- Set and monitor lead qualification standards for inbound and outbound leads.
- Guide the team in effective cold calling, emailing, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
- Present company offerings and ensure proper need analysis before handing over leads to Sales Executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects while identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely scheduling of qualified meetings/calls for the sales team.
- Track KPIs, maintain performance dashboards, and share regular updates with the Sales Manager.
- Create training modules, conduct coaching sessions, and run performance reviews to enhance SDR capabilities.
