About The Role

In line with the Global Supply Chain strategy the purpose of this role is to provide functional excellence in the O2C and D2B processes by developing and securing the right system solutions (SAP backed) in support of the agreed processes, promoting end-to-end process consistency and SAP knowledge as well as driving process discipline throughout the organisation. Provides in adequate governance and support towards all SAP key users as well as on change requests, regression testing and SAP deployments

Shift Timing: 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Oct-Mar) / 11:30 am - 8:30 pm (Apr-Sep)

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes within the cluster SAP development group a substantial plan to develop defined F2S and O2C capabilities.
  • Support and drive the design and implementation of the F2S and O2C process changes in SAP to deliver required functional specifications in-budget, in-time and fully implemented.
  • Provide in proper support to the team and all SC SAP key users, their development and help set their priorities according to the SC master plan agreed.
  • Makes sure SC users are properly supported, and right error management is established.
  • Ensure supply chain is fully represented and part of a forum working with PEX and IT&S to bring required functionality and guidance during country deployments, including retrofits, supporting local teams in resolution of any go-live issues.
  • Drive standardisation of solutions throughout the cluster
  • Develop and promote great(er) end-to-end process and system understanding of SAP users.
  • Develop, maintain and ensure compliance to documented processes and ways of working across the region.
  • Govern and guide deployments, regression activity and change request process in the cluster
  • Works together with cluster colleagues and in-country team to drive continuous improvement
  • Define the master plan for SAP backed developments, including correct full implementation planning
  • Secures proper governance on all SAP matters in F2S, O2C and D2R
  • Builds the organizational SAP competencies along the agreed processes
  • Is the key end-to-end SAP go to person for GSC O2C and FtS matters

Education

Education (University degree, MBA or equivalent specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred). Supply Planning Accreditation (APICS or similar) preferred.

High degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of SAP and business reporting tools

Experience

12 to 15 years of experience in O2C and F2S process areas. Track record of leadership and influencing at senior level. Vast experience of leading change and business transformation within supply chain from gap-design to go-live deployment.

Skills & Competencies

Great skill in matching system functionality with process steps; high end-to-end understanding of O2C and F2S and how these areas integrate with each other.

Highly skilled in managing change.
