Job Description

Company Description: The Choosy Investor is one of India's fastest-growing real estate proptech companies, helping customers make informed investment decisions through premium residential projects from Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Birla Estates, Godrej Properties, Lodha, and other leading developers.

Founded in 2023 by NMIMS alumni, we've rapidly expanded across major metro cities and achieved ₹100+ Crore in annual sales. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive our Bengaluru sales team to new heights.

Role Description:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead management and client consultation to site visits and deal closure.
  • Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, team productivity, and sales pipeline through CRM.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
  • Personally manage high-value and HNI clients while supporting complex deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and developer partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain sales discipline, CRM accuracy, and adherence to company processes.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Team Handling role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Bengaluru's residential real estate market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and preparing sales performance reports.
  • Ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
