We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader for our Sales & Collection team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of collection processes, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales and collection executives to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Prepare reports and present sales forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in sales and collections management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
