Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Noida for a Team Leader – Real Estate Sales. In this role, you will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and provide mentorship to drive team performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, facilitating property sales, and ensuring successful brokerage processes. As the primary point of contact, the Team Leader will also spearhead commercial real estate projects and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage client interactions and team communication effectively.
  • Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate to navigate property sales and market opportunities.
  • Proven capabilities in Team Leadership and Team Management to inspire, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and nearby regions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
