Job Title: Team Leader (AGM) – Real Estate Sales

Job Location: Bengaluru
(All across Bengaluru)

CTC: Upto 22 LPA
Hike offered based on last drawn CTC + Performance Incentives + Sales Incentives + Mediclaim and other perks

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week Off: Rotational weekday off

*Qualification & Experience*

* Graduate in any discipline
* 6 to 10+ years of overall experience
* On-paper 2 to 3 years of TL/AGM experience is mandatory
* Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory
* Experience with reputed/established Real Estate Developers preferred
* Candidates from CP/Broker firms will NOT be considered
* Strong residential real estate sales and team handling experience
* Confident & articulate individual with strong English communication skills

*Sales Role Summary:*

The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales strategy, achieving project targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, building channel partner relationships and driving customer conversions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
* Set clear goals and KPIs and regularly monitor team performance.
* Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned residential projects.
* Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
* Analyse sales trends and implement effective sales techniques.
* Build and strengthen channel partner relationships.
* Participate in negotiations and drive deals towards closure.
* Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
