Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader Real Estate role based in Gurgaon. The Team Leader will oversee a team of real estate professionals, guiding them to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Responsibilities include managing real estate brokerage operations, providing leadership and mentorship to the team, developing strategies to improve business performance, and fostering client relationships in the commercial real estate sector.
