Description
We are seeking experienced Team Leader for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team specializing in US healthcare and physician billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, team management, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Note: Only direct Interviews in the company, Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of billing specialists both voice and non-voice in the RCM process for US healthcare and physician billing.
- Should have hands on experience in AR Calling, Payment posting, Charge posting, AR analyst.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new team members to ensure they understand processes and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handle escalations and drive process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of overall experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the US healthcare sector and atleast 2 years of TL experience.
- Strong knowledge of physician billing processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in billing software and healthcare management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary: 7-9 lacs p.a. Will be matched according to previous salary and experience
Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.
Should be willing to work in 4 pm to 1 am shift timing. Sat and Sun fixed off.
