Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with jewellery selection, offering expert advice on metals, stones, and certifications.
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
Conduct daily briefings, share product knowledge, and coach team members.
Handle billing, returns, and exchanges through the POS system with accuracy.
Ensure secure, organized display and proper care of high-value inventory.
Maintain store presentation and assist during exhibitions and events.

Requirements
5-7 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of jewellery products, certification, and industry standards.
Proficient in POS operations and basic MS Office.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and attend promotional events
