Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Lucknow. The Team Leader will oversee a group of real estate consultants, guiding them on sales strategies, client interactions, and deal closures. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring performance targets, mentoring team members, conducting regular sales meetings, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating property site visits, managing client relationships, resolving escalations, and collaborating with management on market insights and promotional activities. The Team Leader will also contribute to local business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and support training and onboarding for new team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales or real estate teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, preferably in Lucknow or similar urban locations, with the ability to interpret market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Capability to set targets, track performance metrics, and drive team members toward achieving sales goals.
• Comfort with technology tools and CRM systems used for managing leads, listings, and client data.
• Ability to work on-site, coordinate field activities, and conduct property site visits as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property sales will be an advantage.
