Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

• Supervising Press Shop and Machine Shop overall activities
• Trainings to Die setters
• Conducting quality checks on output products
• Deploying manpower as per requirement
• Guiding operatives and die setters and core labours to complete the assigned tasks
• Maintaining records related to production, rejections, material movement, BOM Values and manpower productivity.
• Managing manpower and material in the shift / process
• Ensuring conformance to quality parameters and norms
• Production planning wrt Supermarket's reds and kits planning
• Maintain Mfg. Basics and Safety at all the time on shop floor
  
  

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• DME / BE Having 2-3 years experience Male up to 30 years of age
• Should have relevant press shop Exp 2-3 years
• Good team handling skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Press tooling knowledge required
