Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of researchers and scientists to drive the development of novel pharmaceutical products. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the research and development team.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and targets.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of research projects, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensure effective communication and teamwork within the team.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• A minimum of a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a pharmaceutical research and development environment.
• Strong knowledge of drug discovery and development processes, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and good laboratory practice (GLP) standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
