Job Title: Team Leader – Warehouse Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth execution of picking, packing, sorting, inventory control, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle manpower efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, dispatch, and receiving
  • Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per company SLA
  • Manage warehouse staff, shift planning, attendance, and manpower allocation
  • Monitor team productivity and maintain operational discipline
  • Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Minimize stock loss, damage, and operational errors
  • Maintain proper documentation and daily MIS reports
  • Coordinate with HR, operations team, vendors, and cluster managers for smooth workflow
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company compliance policies
  • Handle escalations related to operations, manpower, and store discipline
  • Support during peak operational hours and urgent dispatch requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, reporting tools)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dark store operations
  • Experience in e-commerce / quick commerce industry preferred
  • Experience in handling third-party manpower vendors is an added advantage
