Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to supervise a highly skilled team that handles queries related to Windows Server and Cloud-based applications. This is a critical role that requires a blend of strong technical acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can coach, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision & Performance Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance.
  • Regularly coach and mentor direct reports to enable consistent high-performance delivery.
  • Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure efficient communication of relevant information and provide an open forum for input.
  • Manage and monitor work and attendance in accordance with company policy.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Leadership & Culture:
  • Promote company values and lead by example.
  • Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
  • Schedule and organize team activities.

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • A proven background in a similar supervisory role, with a strong ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
  • A strong foundation in handling queries related to Windows Server and Cloud-based applications is preferred.
  • Excellent people management and workforce planning skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with client interaction and coordination.
  • A highly motivated individual who can work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

  • Graduate / Undergraduate
