- Team Management
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 15 to 25 associates
- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions
- Handle attendance, shrinkage, leave planning, and roster adherence
- Operations Management
- Monitor day-to-day e-commerce operations (orders, cancellations, returns, RTO, refunds)
- Ensure SLA, TAT, AHT, productivity, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Training, WFM, Tech)
Requirements -
- Graduate in any discipline
- Overall, 3 years Experience.
