Experience

- Strong expertise in Spreadsheets, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas
- CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Jira, etc.),
- Proven ability to manage complex data and resolve escalations
- Excellent communication stakeholder management
