Purplle's Quick Commerce platform delivers beauty and personal care products with speed and precision. Our dark store network is the backbone of this promise, with Store Incharges playing a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations and operational excellence.
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Store Incharge to manage end-to-end dark store operations, maintain service levels, and lead the store team efficiently in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders as per defined SLAs
- Maintain hygiene, safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards inside the dark store
- Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and prepare duty rosters
- Conduct daily team huddles and ensure smooth coordination among staff
- Perform daily inventory audits and maintain stock accuracy
- Monitor stock movement and ensure product availability at all times
- Optimize store space utilization for better operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and operational standards
- Share daily performance reports and operational updates with management
- Coordinate closely with logistics, HR, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Handle escalations related to manpower, dispatch delays, and store discipline
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Operations, Logistics, Retail Management)
- 1–3 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, retail, or e-commerce operations
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving and process adherence capabilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is preferred
