Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
