Experience Required
- Minimum 4.6 years of overall experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a SME (on papers)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Role Overview
The Team Leader Claims Adjudication will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising a team of claims processors/adjudicators
- Ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of healthcare/insurance claims as per company policies, client guidelines, and compliance regulations
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Driving process improvements, quality initiatives, and productivity enhancements
- Conducting regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals
- Coordinating with quality and training teams to address performance gaps and skill development.
