Process: US Healthcare Claims Adjudication

Location: Coimbatore

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Rotational

Interview Round: Walkin Interview on(19th September and 20th September)

Education: Any Graduate

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4.6 years of overall experience in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a SME (on papers)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Role Overview

The Team Leader Claims Adjudication will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising a team of claims processors/adjudicators
  • Ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of healthcare/insurance claims as per company policies, client guidelines, and compliance regulations
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Driving process improvements, quality initiatives, and productivity enhancements
  • Conducting regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals
  • Coordinating with quality and training teams to address performance gaps and skill development.
