Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader – Real Estate Sales, based in Bengaluru North. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and monitoring team performance to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include guiding team members, maintaining client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless client experiences. The Team Leader is expected to strategize sales plans, assist in closing deals, and collaborate with internal teams for operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Sales and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is highly desirable
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector is an advantage
