Key Responsibilities
- Data Custodian: Own, manage, and maintain end-to-end recruitment data, trackers, and databases for the TA team, ensuring 100% data accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Reporting: Design, develop, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly TA dashboards, performance reports, and funnel analytics (TAT, source mix, cost-per-hire, open positions).
- Analytical Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries and commands to extract, manipulate, and structure data from underlying ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and internal databases.
- Process Automation: Leverage advanced Excel functionalities to minimize manual data entry and streamline repetitive reporting processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of MIS executives/analysts, ensuring timely delivery of reports and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements & Qualification
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles (Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition/HR function is a huge plus)
- .Excel Mastery (Amazing): Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA, Array formulas, and dynamic dashboard creation)
- .Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SQL (joins, subqueries, indexing, and data manipulation commands). Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage
- .Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to translate raw data into clear business narratives
- .Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, B.Tech, or a related field
