- Ensure accurate and timely coding of home health records, which includes applying ICD-10-CM and OASIS codes.
- Review coded data for accuracy, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant coding guidelines, regulations, and client-specific processes.
- Help the team meet or exceed client and project goals.
- Workflow and Operations Management:
- Supervise the team's workflow and manage scheduling.
- Implement process improvements to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and activities.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
