Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such SMP, compressors, Genset, and non CNC production machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and failures using appropriate tools and techniques; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with production, and Quality teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize production interruptions.
- Maintain detailed records (MTTR & MTBF) of maintenance activities, Machine history, and Spare parts inventory.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies during maintenance operations.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and other team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce costs.
- Implement and drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to maximize equipment effectiveness, reduce downtime, and promote operator involvement in routine maintenance.
- Lead and participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in maintenance and production areas.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Exp-2 to 4 years
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
