ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves customers by training staff and purchasing and displaying products.
- Trains store staff by reviewing and revising sales training materials, delivering training sessions, reviewing job performance and coaching needs with retail store manager, and developing and implementing new product training.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Involvement in visual merchandising of the store
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Understanding customer buying behavior
- Converting walking customers into sales
- Preparation of daily sales report as per timelines i.e., daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly.
- Attracts customers by originating display ideas, following display suggestions or schedules
- Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
- Helps customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, and preparing merchandise for delivery.
- Keeps current inventory records by checking merchandise and anticipating customer demand.
- Delivers quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains clean and tidy workspace, including supervision of cleaning services.
REQUIREMENT & SKILLS:
- Looking for someone from a retail luxury fashion house/ multi-designer wear with a good experience in apparel's
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customers service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Candidates with a fashion and apparel background preferred.
- Strong & Capable enough to handle store targets & team.
