We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader (Logistics) to oversee our logistics operations in UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to lead a team effectively and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the logistics and supply chain sectors.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
