Lead Generation Team Leader (Experience: 2+ Years as Team Lead)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for generating BANT-qualified leads across diverse projects (IT SaaS, Fintech, BFSI, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent delivery of qualified meetings or SQLs for each client project.
  • Review the quality of leads through BANT parameters and refine outreach strategies.
  • Track team KPIs, coach members, and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Drive campaign success by improving qualification accuracy and conversion rates.

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience managing SDR/lead gen teams.
  • Strong analytical and coaching capabilities.
