Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Delhi, India. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting performance targets. The role includes setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing support and mentorship. The Team Leader will also be involved in strategizing and implementing processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in financial products and services, including equities, derivatives, commodities, and currencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of stock broking, wealth management, and personal finance
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and advisory applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
