### **Job Summary:**

The Team Leader in an automobile showroom is responsible for managing the sales team, driving vehicle sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving business targets. The role involves team supervision, performance monitoring, and coordination with management to maximize showroom profitability.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

* Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement

* Assist customers in selecting vehicles as per their requirements and budget

* Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction

* Train and mentor new sales consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques

* Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models, features, pricing, and competitors

* Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for smooth deal closures

* Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management

* Ensure proper showroom display, cleanliness, and branding standards

* Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and events

### **Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or any graduate)

* 25 years of experience in automobile sales (with team handling experience preferred)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

* Good knowledge of automobiles and market trends

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
