About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader (Insurance Domain) who will be responsible for managing a team of insurance executives/agents, driving daily operations, ensuring process compliance, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Life/General Insurance processes, team handling, and customer management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance agents/executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.
- Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines, compliance, and company policies.
- Maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and daily productivity trackers.
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving complex queries.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and quality checks.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and policy processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 25 years of experience in the Insurance domain (Life/Health/General Insurance).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, policy lifecycle, and customer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze reports, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
