Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and sales performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 2-9 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, and property insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
