We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for our Insurance division in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 2-9 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, and property insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
