Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-9 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
