We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Insurance division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members on insurance products and sales techniques.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-9 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
