Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Inside Sales, based in our Kochi campus. The primary responsibilities include leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves guiding the team, providing solutions for customer inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, and analyzing sales metrics to ensure continuous improvement and goal alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management skills to supervise, motivate, and train team members effectively.
- Outstanding Sales and Analytical Skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on interpersonal relationships and client satisfaction.
- A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales or a similar leadership role is an advantage.
