Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader AMC & Inside Sales who will be responsible for managing the inside calling team for visit scheduling and the AMC sales team for both calling and field sales activities. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and a target-driven approach to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the inside calling team for scheduling site visits and follow-ups.
Oversee the AMC sales team handling both tele-calling and field visits.
Ensure timely and efficient visit planning, coordination, and execution.
Drive monthly AMC sales targets through team performance and closures.
Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, and team productivity.
Coordinate with field sales executives and service teams for smooth visit execution.
Handle escalations and assist the team in closing critical deals.
Track and maintain accurate data in CRM for leads, visits, and closures.
Train and mentor team members on communication, sales pitch, and closing techniques.
Improve processes for better lead conversion and team efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 46 years in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Service Sales (solar/technical preferred), with team handling experience.
Education: Graduation (MBA preferred).
