Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
