Your Role in the Transformation

As a Team Leader in HR Operations GBS, you will lead a team that delivers accurate, consistent, and trusted HR services across regions. You'll oversee operations, guide transitions, and ensure compliance while driving improvements that elevate the employee experience. This role places you at the center of Baxter's transformation, where your leadership will empower people, strengthen processes, and set new standards for operational excellence.

What You'll Drive and Deliver

  • Supervise a team of 12-15 transaction processors in HR Operations.
  • Manage endtoend PrePayroll and HR Operations functions with deep domain knowledge.
  • Apply ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, HR Web, ServiceNow, Workday) to streamline workflows.
  • Lead migration of HR processes into GBS, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Safeguard data integrity across HR systems, reinforcing Baxter's reputation for reliability.
  • Maintain monthly dashboards including KPIs, balanced scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure quality parameters and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement changes to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to strengthen delivery.
  • Drive performance improvement and foster positive change in people management.
  • Monitor accuracy of transaction processing and quality of data.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
  • Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with exposure to multicountry environments.
  • Transition management expertise (Americas/EMEA experience required).
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage audits, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management across geographies and functions.
  • High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proven people management experience (3+ years).
  • Ability to coach and develop people.
  • Handson Workday experience.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (Europe & Americas).

Your Background

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus).
  • Green Belt Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • 10-13 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, including 3+ years in people management.

Work Schedule

This position operates on rotational shifts across regions. Working hours will vary depending on shift schedules, requiring adaptability to support operations seamlessly across Europe and the Americas.
