Job Requirements
A successful Team Leader for the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team will require the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:
- A Bachelor s degree is desired, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- High energy, passion, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- At least two years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and compile reports.
- In-depth understanding of performance metrics and excellent decision-making skills.
