Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Health Insurance at Apollo 24|7, based in Gurugram. The Team Leader will oversee the performance and productivity of a team, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, providing performance feedback, resolving customer concerns, driving sales targets, and fostering a collaborative working environment. The Team Leader will play a critical role in ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering high-quality service in the health insurance domain.

• Strong knowledge of health insurance products, policies, and industry trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring
• Prior experience in health insurance or related domains is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
