About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join Justdial Ltd as a Team Lead – Certified Internet Consultant. The role involves driving sales performance through effective cold calling, building a strong client pipeline, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The incumbent will also be responsible for leading a team, ensuring target achievement, and building long-term client relationships through up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and update accurate commercial/business data on Justdial.com within the assigned geography, while educating business owners about the platform.
Drive client adoption by ensuring downloads and active usage of the JD App for future business needs.
Generate revenue by selling online presence solutions to business owners.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales quality.
Conduct regular team briefings, training sessions, and performance feedback discussions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Field sales team handling
Mandatory experience in Field sales along with team leadership exposure.
Proven track record of achieving targets through team performance and Individual targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, confident, and result-driven approach.
