Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Oversee account finalization, reconciliations, and month-end / year-end book closures.
  • Handle fixed assets accounting, GST compliance, and reporting.
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis for management review.
  • Provide client support and ensure queries are resolved promptly.
  • Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR), account finalization, reconciliations, book closure, fixed assets, GST, MIS, budgeting, and client support

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Finance or equivalent
